Keep your knowledge base current by saving your latest completed questionnaires directly to SiftHub's Documents. This ensures your future responses contain the most up-to-date information about your products, certifications, and achievements.
You can save completed questionnaires to Documents in two ways:
From the Web App (Projects): When you mark a Project as Completed, SiftHub prompts you to save the latest version of the primary document to Documents.
From the Browser Extension (Activity Center): Save any completed questionnaire directly from your Activity Center list.
Option 1: Saving Questionnaires when a Project is marked Completed (Web App)
When you complete an RFP/Questionnaire Project in the SiftHub Web App, SiftHub can help you save the latest version of your primary document to Documents.
Open the relevant Project in the SiftHub Web App.
Change the Project status to Completed.
A popup appears: “Save document to repository”
Click Yes to save now
Click Do it later to skip for now
If you click Yes, a Save document modal opens:
Collections (optional): Select one or more Collections
Folder (required): Choose the folder where you want to save the document (defaults to Default)
Click Save.
After saving, you’ll see a confirmation, and the saved questionnaire will be available in Repository → Documents.
Option 2: Saving Questionnaires from the Activity Center (Browser Extension)
You can also save a completed questionnaire that you have autofilled with SiftHub via the Activity Center of the Browser Extension.
Open the Activity Center
Open the SiftHub Browser Extension.
Click the bell icon (Activity Center).
View your list of recent questionnaire activities, sorted by date.
Save Your Questionnaire
Locate your completed questionnaire in the activity list.
Click the Save button next to the questionnaire entry.
A Save document modal opens:
Collections (optional): Select one or more Collections
Folder (required): Choose the folder where you want to save the document (defaults to Default)
Click Save.
Once saved:
You’ll see a confirmation like “Document saved successfully”
The Activity Center entry updates to show “Document saved to repository”
Access Saved Documents
Open Documents in the Web App to view your saved questionnaire.
Important Notes
- The Activity Center is accessible from both the browser extension and Microsoft Add-in
- The system saves the most recent version of your document, not the version from when you initially used autofill
- Regular saving of completed questionnaires helps maintain fresh, accurate responses for future RFPs
- This feature is designed to integrate seamlessly with your natural workflow, making it easier to keep your knowledge base current.
💡 Pro Tip: Make it a habit to save your questionnaires once they're finalized. This ensures your team always has access to the most current information when responding to future RFPs.
