The Project Summary provides a comprehensive overview of your Primary Document's progress, allowing you to monitor content development across both Sections and Questions. This dynamic dashboard helps teams track completion status and quickly identify areas that need attention.
Understanding the Summary
The summary view presents two key progress metrics - Sections and Questions progress, along with their status distribution. Each response component moves through different statuses, from First Draft to Approved, giving teams clear visibility into the project's health.
Sections Progress
The Sections overview shows:
- Total number of sections in the project
- Visual completion percentage indicator - which is the percentage of Sections in the "Approved" status
Status breakdown:
- Approved: No. of sections with finalized content
- Pending Review: No. awaiting expert review
- Content Updated: No. of recently modified sections
- Content Requested: No. of sections assigned for input
- First Draft: No. of sections in Initial content stage
Clicking on either of the above numbers takes the user to the Primary Document with the outline automatically opened and filtered by the corresponding status. (For MS Add-in, the user would have to first open the Add-in and then navigate to the projects tab)
Questions Progress
Similar to Sections, the Questions view provides more granular insights:
- Total number of questions
- Visual progress indicator showing completion percentage - the Questions in the "Approved" status
- Numerical distribution across status categories:
Clicking on either of the numbers takes the user to the Primary Document with the Browser Extension automatically opened into the Document Outline and filtered by the corresponding status. (For MS Add-in, the user would have to first open the Add-in and then navigate to the outline)
Tasks Summary
The tasks summary shows a table with:
- List of assignees to whom sections or questions of the Primary Document for that Project are allotted
- Pending and Overdue tasks for each assignee based on the designated due date
- Completed tasks for each assignee
The Tasks Summary can be filtered based on the assigned Task Type (Content request or Content review). The list of assignees shown is sorted in descending order of most number of overdue tasks by default. The sorting order can be rearranged by alphabetical order of assignees, pending tasks or completed tasks.
Note: Tasks assigned to guest users are not shown in the Tasks Summary currently.
Access to Primary Document
You can access the Primary Document from the Summary page in the Project. Clicking through the document will open it in a window with the Browser Extension.
You will also see the status and progress of the autofill activity, when the primary document is being autofilled.
