Documents in SiftHub are a centralized knowledge repository where users can upload important sales and pre-sales content such as:
Previously completed RFPs and questionnaires
Product documentation and specifications
Support articles and guides
Sales enablement materials (case studies, battle cards)
Along with Connectors and Q&As, Documents forms an important pillar of knowledge sources that SiftHub uses to generate accurate responses for your questionnaires, RFPs, and customer queries or just to help you find the right information.
Note: The files that you specifically upload into SiftHub will be available in 'Documents'. Other documents from your Google Drive or SharePoint Connectors are not accessible from here.
