The Project List provides a centralized view of all projects you have access to, helping you efficiently manage and track multiple questionnaires.
Accessing the Project List:
1. Log in to the SiftHub Web App using your credentials
2. Select Projects from the left navigation menu
Project List Overview
Essential Project Information
Each project entry displays key details:
- Name: The title of the project. Clicking the name opens the corresponding Projec details page.
- Type: The category of the project (e.g., RFP, RFI, Security questionnaire, etc).
- Account: The name of the associated client or organization.
- Status: The current status of the project (e.g., "In Progress," "Completed").
- Due Date: The project’s deadline.
- Priority: The urgency level of the project (e.g., "High," "Medium").
- Delivery Manager: The individual responsible for delivering the project, usually the bid manager or solutions engineer who is responsible for filling all the questions
- Owner: The person or team that owns the project, usually the Account Executive or Sales Head overseeing the deal.
- Questions Approved (% Approved Questions): A progress bar showing the percentage of approved questions. This helps you quickly assess how much work is done and how much remains.
Your workspace may also have additional custom field columns configured, such as GTM support name, request type, or other fields relevant to your organization. To configure which custom field columns are visible in the Projects list, contact your SiftHub Customer Success Manager. Note that custom field columns cannot be sorted or filtered currently.
Search and Navigation Features
- Use the Search Bar to quickly find a project by name or client.
- Sort: Click any column header to sort projects (ascending / descending) by that field
- Advanced Filters
- Refine your project list using the following filter options:
- Status: Filter projects by their current state (e.g., "In Progress," "New").
- Priority: Narrow results based on priority levels (e.g., "High," "Medium").
- Due Date: Specify a time frame to view projects with deadlines within that range.
- Delivery Manager: Filter by the assigned delivery manager.
- Owner: Display projects based on their designated owner.
- Refine your project list using the following filter options:

- Use the Quick Filters for one-click access to specific project categories:
- Open Projects: View all active and ongoing projects.
- Overdue Projects: Focus on projects that have exceeded their due dates and are still not completed.

Delete Projects
To delete one or more Projects at once:
- Select the Project(s) using checkboxes
- Click the delete icon in the top actions bar
- Confirm deletion in the confirmation modal
Note: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Instead mark the Q&A as Inactive to avoid losing information.
