For Google Workspace Users:
- From Web App
- From Browser Extension
- Create a proposal in Google Docs — SiftHub generates a narrative response into a Google Doc you link, rather than filling a document you supply. You can also create one in the Web App instead.
For Microsoft 365 Users:
- From Web App
- From MS Add-in
- Create a proposal in the Web App — SiftHub generates a narrative response into your template or a blank document, in its own editor.
For all users (alternate):
- Upload & Collaborate in the Web App: Upload a file (.CSV, .XLSX, .DOCX) directly to SiftHub and manage the entire project - autofill, review, and approval - within the SiftHub Web App itself, without using the Browser Extension or MS Add-in.
Google Workspace Requirements for creating Projects:
- Save / upload your questionnaire or proposal as a Google Sheet or Google Doc respectively in My Drive. Ensure the format is Google Sheet or Google Doc and not .xlsx or .docx. For a generated proposal, link a copy of your template rather than the master — SiftHub writes the response into the document you link.
- Grant Editor access of document to g-integrations@sifthub.io. Editor access is mandatory for SiftHub to process and autofill your spreadsheets or documents.
Microsoft 365 Requirements for creating Projects:
- Store your questionnaire as an Excel file in an accessible SharePoint site
- Configure the MS Add-in to enable autofill and project creation in Excel.
- Grant Editor access of the document to g-integrations@sifthub.io. Editor access is mandatory for SiftHub to process and autofill your questionnaires
