View and Edit Profile

This article guides you through viewing and editing your SiftHub profile information.

Viewing Your Profile

1. Go to Settings > Profile.
2. On the "My Profile" page, you can view your:
   • Profile Photo
   • Full Name
   • Job Title
   • Phone Number
   • Company Name

Editing Your Profile

1. On the "My Profile" page, click on the field you want to edit.
2. Make the necessary changes and click "Save".

You can edit the following fields:

• Profile Photo:
  • Remove Profile Photo: Click the "delete" icon remove your current photo. This will revert to your first name's initial.   
  • Change Profile Photo: Click the "Change" button or the photo to upload a new image. You can resize the photo before uploading it.   
• First Name: Edit your first name. This is a required field.   
• Last Name: Edit or remove your last name.   
• Job Title: Edit your job title. This is a required field.   
• Phone Number: Edit or remove your phone number. You can also change the country code. 

Resetting Your Password

1. On the "My Profile" page, click on the "Reset Password" button.
2. Enter your current password, new password, and confirm the new password.
3. Click "Reset Password".

Note: The same password validations as creating a new password or using the "Forgot Password" option apply.
