The Activity Center provides an overview of your recent autofill activities, allowing you to track progress, view completed tasks, and manage ongoing autofills.
Accessing the Activity Center
You can access the Activity Center through both the Browser Extension and the Microsoft Add-in.
Viewing Activities
The Activity Center displays a list of your autofill activities from the past 30 days, sorted by date and time with the latest activity first. Each activity card shows the following details:
Icon/Type of activity: Currently, this will display the “Autofill responses” icon.
Sheet and Tab Name: The name of the sheet and tab where the autofill occurred.
Status: The current status of the activity (In progress, Completed, Canceled, Queued).
Time Started/Completed/Canceled: The relevant timestamp for the activity's status.
- Activity Details:
- In Progress:
Number of questions answered, unanswered, and in progress.
- If the activity is in the initial stages, it will display “Parsing text…” or “Auto-detecting questions…” with an infinite loader.
Completed: Number of questions answered and unanswered.
Canceled: Number of questions answered, unanswered, and canceled.
Queued: If more than 5 autofills are submitted, additional activities will be queued and display the “Queued” status.
- In Progress:
Activity Progress
In-progress activities display a progress bar indicating the percentage of questions answered.
Time and Date Display
The time and date for each activity are displayed according to your machine's timezone. The time is shown in a user-friendly format, such as "few seconds ago," "5 mins ago," or "3:40 pm".
Activity Actions
Canceling an Activity: You can cancel an in-progress activity. This will leave any unanswered questions blank and requires confirmation via a modal.
Viewing Activity Details: Clicking on an activity card will take you to the associated document and sheet.
Saving Completed Questionnaires
You can save completed and approved RFPs to your SiftHub Documents repository directly from the Activity Center. This saves the most recent version of the document, not necessarily the version at the time of autofill. If the RFP has already been saved, you can choose to replace the existing document or keep both versions. Saved questionnaires are immediately available in the Documents repository for use in generating future responses. It's recommended to only save fully completed and approved questionnaires to ensure accuracy and reliability.
