Use the Subscription page to view your current plan, check usage limits (user licenses or transactions), request additional capacity, and renew your subscription when needed.
Who can access this page: Typically Admins / Account Owners (non-admin users may not see Subscription settings).
Open the Subscription page
- In SiftHub, go to Settings.
- Click Subscription.
On this page you’ll see:
- Plan details (status, start date, end date)
Usage and limits (either User licenses or Transactions, based on your plan)
Plan details
The Plan details section shows:
- Current plan: Currently SiftHub offers one plan - Enterprise.
- Status (e.g., Active, Expired, Free trial)
- Start date of subscription
- End date of subscription
Status banners you may see
Depending on your subscription state, you may see a banner at the top of the page:
- Expiring soon: “Your subscription expires on [date].” with Renew
- Expired: “Your subscription expired on [date].” with Renew
- Free trial: “Your trial expires on [date].” with Contact sales (or similar)
Usage and limits
Your Usage and limits section depends on your subscription model:
A) User-license based plan
If your plan is license-based, you’ll see:
- User licenses used / total (e.g., 26 / 30) with a progress bar
Get more licenses
How user licenses are calculated
Click the (?) next to User licenses to see how licenses are counted. In most setups:
- Each active user consumes a license
- Each pending invitation may also consume a license until accepted/removed
Request more licenses
- Go to Settings → Subscription.
- Under Usage and limits, click Get more licenses.
- In the modal, type a message (optional) and click Send.
Your request is shared with your Customer Success Manager / SiftHub team, who will follow up.
B) Transaction-based plan
If your plan is transaction-based, you’ll see:
- Transactions used / total (e.g., 82,892 / 500,000) with a progress bar
- Get more transactions
- A (?) link to learn how transactions are calculated
Request more transactions
- Go to Settings → Subscription.
- Under Usage and limits, click Get more transactions.
- In the modal, type a message (optional) and click Send.
Your request is shared with your Customer Success Manager / SiftHub team, who will follow up.
How transactions are calculated
On the Subscription page, click the (?) next to Transactions to open How transactions are calculated. The modal outlines:
Generated answers
- Up to 5 transactions for each answer generated in the Browser Extension, MS Add-in, and Slack/MS Teams bots.
Autofill
- Up to 5 transactions for each answer autofilled in spreadsheets, documents, or web portals.
AI Teammate response
- Up to 50 transactions for each response generated in a conversation.
Things to note
- Consumption may depend on complexity, size, and number of steps involved.
- Answers with “No information found” do not consume transactions.
- Modifying an answer consumes up to 5 additional transactions.
- Viewing other generated answers consumes up to 5 additional transactions per option viewed.
- Consumption rates and limits may vary by plan or contract.
Renew your subscription (Expired or expiring soon)
If your plan is near expiry or already expired, you’ll see Renew (in the banner and/or as a top-right button).
- Go to Settings → Subscription.
- Click Renew.
In the Renew plan modal, type a message (optional) and click Send.
Your request is routed to the SiftHub sales team, who will follow up to complete the renewal.
