What is SiftHub Pulse?
SiftHub Pulse is a live, in-call AI assistant for sales and presales teams. The answer to almost every question a buyer asks already exists somewhere in your organization. It lives in a knowledge base, an old RFP, a Slack thread, or a senior rep's previous call. Pulse brings those answers to the rep in real time, on the call, right when they need them.
Pulse is built on a clear stance: the human stays in the room. We don't replace your rep with an AI avatar. We make your rep dramatically better in the moment.
Pulse is deal-aware. It frames responses using account context, deal stage, prior commitments, and the live conversation, not generic knowledge-base hits.
Key Features
Near real-time answer delivery. Pulse listens to the call, matches intent, and surfaces approved answers on the rep's screen within seconds of the question.
Deal-context shaping. Answers are tailored using account context, deal stage, prior interactions, completed questionnaires, and past commitments. The response fits this customer and this conversation, not a generic match.
Silent overlay, no bot. Pulse never joins as a participant, doesn't appear in the attendee list, and triggers no recording notification. The overlay is visible only to the rep, including during screen sharing.
Broad question coverage. Pulse covers technical product questions, security and compliance, competitive comparisons, integrations and architecture, SLAs and uptime, and objection handling, as long as the source content is connected to SiftHub.
Works across platforms. Pulse runs at the desktop level and works across Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.
How Pulse Works
- During a call, Pulse listens to the conversation and identifies when a prospect asks a question or when a rep might need guidance.
- It matches the intent of that question against your organization's approved content. This includes RFP responses, policies, battlecards, technical docs, and curated knowledge in SiftHub.
- Using deal context such as account, stage, prior questionnaires, commitments, and compliance history, Pulse shapes a response specific to this conversation.
- The answer appears as a private overlay on the rep's desktop within seconds.
Requirements
Before using Pulse, ensure the following:
- Active SiftHub account with Pulse access. Pulse must be enabled for the rep.
-
Connected sources in SiftHub. Pulse draws on two types of content. Both should be connected for best results:
- Organizational knowledge. Product documentation, security and compliance content, competitive material, integration and architecture docs, RFP responses, and curated knowledge.
- Deal signals. CRM account context, prior questionnaire history, past commitments, and compliance history for the accounts your reps are working.
- Desktop environment. Pulse runs as a desktop overlay. Confirm OS compatibility with your SiftHub account team.
