SiftHub is built to help your teams minimize context-switching while leveraging the full extent of the knowledge search, content generation and collaboration capabilities available right where they work.
The Floating Widget of the Browser Extension keeps SiftHub's powerful features handy anywhere in the browser with the available actions shown contextually based on where the user is active in the browser and prior actions performed.
Actions available in the Floating Widget

SiftHub icon
Click on the SiftHub icon at the bottom of the Floating Widget to expand the Browser Extension side panel (if it is not already open).
Answer:
The Answer action (pencil icon) is visible in the Floating Widget at all times anywhere in the browser, including a spreadsheet, document, email or web form.
Click the Answer icon from the Floating Widget when a section of text is highlighted to let SiftHub automatically detect questions from that text and start generating answers in the Copilot section of the Browser Extension.
You can then Copy the Generated Answer from the Browser Extension and paste it into any text input section in the browser. For spreadsheets or documents, you can also Insert the Generated Answer into a selected spreadsheet cell or location in the document along with its rich formatting elements preserved.
Autofill:
(For Google Workspace users)
The Autofill action (lightning icon) is conditionally visible in the Floating Widget when the user is active in a Google Sheet or Google Doc.
Click the Autofill icon from the Floating Widget or Browser Extension when a section of text is highlighted in a Google Doc or Sheet and SiftHub will populate generated answers after each question automatically detected from the highlighted text.
Note: To perform Autofill as a Microsoft 365 user, see SiftHub MS Add-in.
Review Autofill Answer:
(For Google Workspace users)
For documents or spreadsheets where an Autofill was previously triggered, you can select a portion of the Autofilled response and click on Review Autofill Answer from the Floating Widget.
From the generated answer displayed in the Browser Extension, you can view alternate answers or matched Q&As, save answer to the Q&A Repository, Modify Answer, Copy and paste it anywhere in the browser or Insert it into your documents or spreadsheets.
Note: Review AI answer will always be visible in the Floating Widget within a Google Doc or Sheet where at least one Autofill run was previously triggered.
Manage Section/Question:
If you have already created a Project for your Google Sheet questionnaire, select a section or question and click on this icon to view its details and activity, and collaborate on it.
Collapse widget
You can collapse the Floating Widget by clicking on the downward arrow between the available actions and the SiftHub logo within the widget. Click on the upward arrow from the collapsed Widget to expand it and show all available actions.
Cell Shortcuts

Manage Section/Question: When a Project is created with a Google Sheet as its primary document, cell shortcuts are visible on the bottom right corner of each selected cell on that Sheet once an Autofill run is triggered from it. You can view a trail of actions performed on the selected cell by the collaborators added to the associated Project.
-
Review Autofill Answer: Once SiftHub populates generated answers in your designated Answer column, you can Review the AI answer Autofilled in each selected cell that corresponds to a detected question in that Sheet and Modify the answer further in the Browser Extension.
