This article explains how to manage existing users in SiftHub.
Viewing User Details
- Go to Settings > Users.
- Click on the name of the user you want to view or manage.
- In the "User Details" page, you can view the following information:
- Full Name
- Profile Photo
- Status
- Email Address
- Role
- User Since
- Last Login
Editing User Details
- In the "User Details" page, click on the "Edit" button.
- You can edit the following details:
- Name
- Profile Photo
- Phone Number
- Role
- Click on the "Save" button to save the changes.
Deactivating Users
- In the "User Details" page, click on the "Deactivate" button.
- You will be asked to confirm the deactivation.
- If you confirm, the user's status will be changed to "Inactive".
Reactivating Users
- In the "Users" tab, filter the users by "Inactive" status.
- Click on the name of the user you want to reactivate.
- In the "User Details" page, click on the "Reactivate" button.
- The user's status will be changed back to "Active".
Additional Notes
- Only Account Owners and Security Admins have permission to manage users.
- You can also deactivate or reactivate multiple users at once using the bulk actions.
- When a user is deactivated, they will no longer be able to access SiftHub.
- You can transfer ownership of a deactivated user's collections, tasks, and projects to another user.
