SiftHub’s Insights module takes your data one level deeper by transforming raw activity logs into a high-level visual dashboard. While usage logs provide a searchable audit trail, Insights allow you to monitor platform adoption, measure the ROI of SiftHub, and identify performance trends across your organization. By visualizing this data, leadership can see insights such as which question categories are most frequent, identify top-performing delivery managers, and uncover specific knowledge base gaps where questions are frequently left unanswered.
Accessing Insights
To view your organization’s performance dashboards:
Navigate to the Analytics tab in the left-hand sidebar.
Select Insights.

Choose the specific dashboard you wish to view:
Response generation: Deep-dive into AI accuracy and volume, allowing you to see which question categories are most frequent, track answer completion rates, and identify your top-used instruction prompts.
Project management: Monitor the lifecycle of completed projects to see who is handling the most tasks, identify top delivery managers, and track on-time completion percentages.
Permissions and Visibility
Access to specific data within the Insights module is determined by your SiftHub user role:
Admins: Can view organization-wide insights, encompassing the data and performance metrics for all users and teams.
Members: Can only view insights and performance trends related to their own personal activity.
