SiftHub’s Usage Logs provide a comprehensive audit trail of AI interactions, automated workflows, and team collaboration across the platform. These logs enable tracking of usage volume and verification of AI-generated content accuracy.
Accessing Usage Logs
To view activity:
Navigate to the Analytics tab in the left-hand sidebar.
Select Usage logs.

Choose the specific log tab you wish to view:
- Answer: Tracks every individual question processed by SiftHub, including those asked directly in the 'Answer' tab of the Extension/MS Add-in and each individual row generated during an Autofill run.
- Autofill: Tracks each autofill run at an aggregate level performed with SiftHub across Excel, Word, Google Sheets, Google Docs, or the SiftHub Web App.
Conversations: Tracks all AI Teammate and bot conversations initiated through either the SiftHub Web App, Browser Extension (including Google slides editing and Gmail widget) or Slack, Teams bots.
Workflows: Tracks automated proactive workflows, such as pre-call prep emails/Slack alerts, post-call insights emails, and sales-to-post-sales handover triggers.
Permissions and Visibility
Visibility of usage logs is determined by your SiftHub user role:
Admins: Can view the usage logs for all users across the entire organization.
Members: Can only view their own personal usage logs.
