Standardizing follow-up quality shouldn't depend on how well a team member takes notes. SiftHub’s Post-Call Workflows automatically extract actionable intelligence from your call recordings—delivered straight to Email and Slack, soon after a meeting ends.
While standard conversational intelligence tools only analyze what was said, SiftHub goes further. It connects your call transcript to your CRM notes, knowledge base, and deal history to provide a strategic analysis of how you win.
Why SiftHub Outperforms Standard Call Recorders
While standard conversational intelligence tools provide a basic summary of what was said, SiftHub goes further by connecting the transcript to your broader deal ecosystem.
Strategic Analysis vs. Simple Recap: Standard tools give you a static recap; SiftHub maps your conversation against specific qualification criteria (like budget, authority, and timelines) to give you a real-time deal-health reality check.
-
Historical Trajectory: Instead of a isolated meeting score, SiftHub aggregates insights over the entire deal history to show you the trajectory of the opportunity—alerting you immediately if momentum is stalling compared to earlier calls.
-
Predictive Objection Handling: Unlike notetakers that merely flag an objection, SiftHub cross-references niche concerns against "Similar deals" to reveal exactly how your team successfully resolved those exact issues in past winning deals.
The Intelligence Hub: How it Works
SiftHub’s Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) system processes meeting transcripts to identify key patterns and topics that require follow-up.
Proactive Delivery: You don't have to "Ask" for this data. SiftHub automatically detects new recordings in platforms like Gong, Clari, Zoom, Fireflies.ai and Avoma and triggers notifications to all internal participants.
Automatic Context Extraction: SiftHub processes full transcripts, speaker identification, and categories (like talk ratios and sentiments) to provide a high-fidelity snapshot of the meeting.
-
Recipient Logic: Every internal team member listed on the calendar invite receives the notification.
Example: If an Account Executive, a Solutions Engineer, and a Sales Manager all attend the same prospect demo, all three will receive identical notifications in their private Slack DM and email inbox simultaneously.
Transaction Management: Generating these intelligent workflows consumes 2 transactions multiplied by the number of distinct sections included in the summary. This is charged once per generation, regardless of how many team members receive the notification.
Recommended Usage & Use Cases
Treat these workflows as your strategic deal-health reality check. Every notification includes a "Master Summary" designed to serve Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Proposal teams simultaneously.
1. Unified Deal Summary
Every internal participant receives an "Executive Snapshot" and "Interaction Timeline".
Executive Snapshot: Maps the conversation against specific qualification criteria like budget, timelines, and authority to give you a deal-health reality check.
Historical Trends: SiftHub proactively identifies patterns across multiple meetings, such as how conversation sentiment has evolved across progressive deal stages.
2. Stakeholder & Pain Point Extraction
Org Stack Mapping: SiftHub automatically identifies prospect attendees and their roles (e.g., Technical Lead vs. Evaluation Team).
Pain Points with Evidence: Identified challenges are paired with direct quotes for internal justification (e.g., "we spend a lot of time on RFIs searching and finding the right answers...").
3. Competitive Intelligence & Objections
Competitive Alerts: SiftHub flags competitor mentions and extracts relevant context or sentiment around why they were brought up.
Predictive Objection Handling: SiftHub cross-references niche objections against "Similar deals" to show how your team successfully resolved that exact issue in the past.
Action-Oriented Workflows
SiftHub automates the bridge between your meeting ending and your follow-up going out. Every section of your post-call update features a Contextual Call-to-Action (CTA) designed to turn insights into revenue-driving action.
Strategic Redirects to AI Teammate
Clicking CTAs like [Craft Solution], [Send Follow-Up], or [Create Battlecard] will:
Open the AI Teammate in a new tab within the SiftHub Web App.
Automatically execute a predefined prompt tailored specifically to that section's line of questioning.
Ground the response in the exact competitor mentions, pain points, or requirements identified in the transcript.
One-Click Drafting
[Review and Send]: This button instantly opens a new compose window in your email client (Gmail or Outlook) with a draft—pre-filled with the subject line, recipients, and body text—based on the call context.
Troubleshooting & Expert Tips
Slack Delivery: Post-call updates are currently delivered via Private DM with the SiftHub App.
Manual Triggers: SiftHub only triggers for calls with at least one external (non-customer) domain attendee. You cannot currently trigger summaries for internal-only strategy or prep calls.
Speaker Attribution: In cases where speaker identification is ambiguous, SiftHub will omit the speaker's name but still include the impactful quote to preserve the insight's value.
Smart Attachments: SiftHub analyzes the conversation to proactively list "Recommended collaterals" (like case studies or ROI calculators) that you should attach to address pain points.
Recommended Workflow for Post-Call Excellence
| Step | Action | Objective |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Review Notification | Open the Email or Slack DM 5-60 minutes post-call. |
| 2 | Scan Objections | Review the "Similar Objections" section to see what worked in previous winning deals. |
| 3 | Click "Review and Send" | Open a pre-filled Gmail or Outlook draft with one click, and refine further if needed using the SiftHub Gmail Widget. |
| 4 | Attach Collaterals | Use the "Recommended collaterals" list to provide the exact evidence the prospect requested. |
| 5 | Execute Actions | Use the prioritized "Recommended Next Steps" to assign tasks and update your CRM. |
