The SiftHub Web App extends the knowledge search and content generation capabilities available to you in a centralized console that lets you browse through and configure settings for your SiftHub profile and organization account.
Access the Web App
- Go to the Web App login page and sign in to your SiftHub account. Bookmark the Web App in your browser for easy access.
- If your organization's configured login method is with an email and password, you can reset your password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link from the Web App login page.

Here are the capabilities available in the SiftHub Web App.
AI Teammate
SiftHub's AI Teammate helps you leverage your company's existing knowledge to generate personalized, context-aware content for your sales activities.
AI Teammate connects to your organization's knowledge sources to help sales and presales teams access valuable insights that would otherwise remain scattered across various platforms (CRM, Zoom, Gong, Slack, Drive, SharePoint, email). This feature enables you to craft targeted narratives for solutions, demos, objection handling, discovery calls and more.
Projects
SiftHub Projects streamline collaboration by enabling teams to assign questions, track progress, review responses, and manage supporting documents—all in one place. With built-in workflows, task assignments, and real-time visibility, your team stays organized and delivers high-quality responses on time.
Repository
Your organization's Repository is the source company knowledge from where relevant information is extracted and used to form contextual responses to your questions. It consists of uploaded Documents and created Q&As.
Connectors
SiftHub lets you securely connect external knowledge sources where your organization's data is hosted to be used for contextual response generation, as well as enable access to interact with SiftHub's AI right within your workspace collaboration tools using bots for Slack, Microsoft Teams or Google Chat.
Manage connectors to apps where your organization's files are hosted like Google Drive, SharePoint, Notion and Document360 , workspace collaboration tools like Slack, documentation platforms like Confluence, call intelligence tools like Clari and links to any external websites containing relevant information.
You can control the connected folders, pages, or channels that determine source access granted to SiftHub users when they generate answers or configure the data sync frequency.
Analytics
SiftHub gives Account Owners the ability to monitor their organization's usage of SiftHub's answer generation and Autofill capabilities across all provisioned users through usage logs.
You can view the stats for questions answered or autofilled, sources used for response generation, autofill completion rate and average response time. Filter stats by date range, the user who initiated the action or status of response generation.
Settings
Users with requisite permissions can view and manage your Profile information, reset your password, invite users to your account, create and assign Teams, configure the login methods supported for the Account’s users, and view and manage the Account's Subscription details.
