Your sales calls contain a goldmine of customer insights, competitor intelligence, and deal momentum indicators. SiftHub’s Avoma Connector seamlessly integrates this critical knowledge from your Avoma call transcripts and intelligence into the SiftHub Platform. This allows you to search and get AI-generated answers directly from your team's conversations, enabling you to instantly craft tailored narratives for your ongoing deals and ensure these valuable insights are easily discoverable and leveraged for AI-powered responses.
What Gets Connected
SiftHub allows you to selectively connect Avoma call transcripts. This way, SiftHub only reads and indexes the conversational content from meetings you explicitly allow it to access.
You can choose to connect:
- All Meetings: Index all available call transcripts in your Avoma account.
- Specific Meetings: Connect individual meeting transcripts by providing their unique links.
- Meetings of specific users: Connect all meetings where designated users were an 'Organizer' or 'Attendee'.
Supported Content
SiftHub indexes the following content from Avoma:
- Call Transcripts: Complete plain text versions of audio or video recordings from your Avoma meetings, often AI-generated.
- Speaker Identification: Avoma's AI helps identify different speakers in a conversation.
- Summarized Notes & Call Analysis: Insights like next steps, questions asked, topics detected, and coaching insights generated by Avoma's AI are available.
How It Works
Once connected, SiftHub:
- Indexes Avoma call transcripts and associated insights from selected meetings.
- Makes the content searchable and available for AI-generated answers within the SiftHub Platform.
- Captures valuable insights from conversations, which can then be used for training materials and improving customer experience.
Access Control
SiftHub respects your chosen access control settings for Avoma content, ensuring users only see what they are permitted to:
- Open Access: All SiftHub users in your organization can view and access meeting transcripts from all connected Avoma users.
- Participant Access: Users can only access meeting transcripts for calls they participated in (as an Organizer or Attendee), maintaining privacy and limiting access to relevant conversations.
Using Avoma Content in SiftHub
Your connected Avoma content appears in:
- Search results with relevant snippets and metadata.
- AI-generated Answers and document Autofill as verified sources.
- Comprehensive call analysis, dynamic battlecard creation and craft targeted narratives for solutions, demos, objection handling, discovery calls and more with AI Teammate.
Content Updates
New or modified content appears in SiftHub within 30 minutes
Updates include:
- New calls
- Permission changes
- Deletions
Deleted or archived content is automatically removed from SiftHub results.
