Your CRM contains vital deal context, customer history, and engagement records. The HubSpot Connector lets you bring this structured data into the SiftHub platform, so your sales, presales, and support teams can instantly access, search, and leverage this data in AI-generated responses, document autofill, task planning, and more - without switching tabs.
What Gets Connected
SiftHub syncs the following objects from your HubSpot workspace:
- Deals
- Contacts
- Companies
- Notes
- Emails
- Meetings
- Tasks
- Attachments
These objects become available for search, AI-generated answers, and contextual autofill inside SiftHub.
Access Control
SiftHub inherits HubSpot’s existing permissions model, ensuring that users only see what they’re allowed to in HubSpot.

Example:
- If a user can view a specific Deal record in HubSpot, they will also see its associated Notes, Meetings, Tasks, and Attachments in SiftHub.
- If they do not have access to a specific Contact record or the Contact object altogether in HubSpot, they won’t see any Contact or any of its associated emails or tasks in SiftHub either.
🔒 This ensures data integrity and role-based visibility — sales reps only see their own accounts, managers see their teams’ data, and admins see everything, just like in HubSpot.
How It Works
Once connected, SiftHub:
- Syncs and indexes your selected HubSpot objects.
- Keeps the content updated in near real-time (within 30 minutes).
- Surfaces relevant CRM content inside:
- Search results (with rich metadata)
- AI-generated responses and deal summaries in AI Teammate
- Autofill for RFPs, security questionnaires, POV decks, battlecards, etc.

This makes it easier for your teams to generate tailored narratives, discover deal-critical info, and avoid duplicate work.
Content Updates
SiftHub automatically reflects HubSpot changes every 30 minutes:
- Newly created objects (e.g. a new Deal or Meeting)
- Edited records (e.g. updated Contact details)
- Deleted or reassigned records
- Changes in user access permissions
Deleted or inaccessible records are removed from search and AI responses.

Step-by-Step: Enable the HubSpot Connector
- Login to SiftHub
Open the SiftHub Web App and navigate to:
Connectors → Apps → HubSpot
- Click “Connect” on the HubSpot Connector card
This will redirect you to HubSpot’s OAuth screen.
- Click “Allow” to authorize access
This installs the SiftHub App into your HubSpot workspace.
- Successful Redirect
You’ll return to SiftHub with the HubSpot Connector status showing as “Connected.”
FAQ & Support
- Does this overwrite my HubSpot data?
No. SiftHub is a read-only integration. It does not modify any data in HubSpot.
- What if I remove a user from HubSpot?
They’ll automatically lose access to HubSpot data in SiftHub too.
- Can I restrict specific objects (e.g., not sync Notes)?
Not supported currently. All listed objects are synced by default and access is controlled by HubSpot’s native permissions.
