This transforms every recorded sales call and transcript into a dynamic, searchable knowledge source, ensuring valuable insights from customer conversations are always discoverable and leveraged for accurate, AI-powered responses.
What Gets Connected
SiftHub ensures you maintain complete control over what content gets indexed. You can selectively connect:
- All Call Transcripts: Index all available call transcripts in your Mindtickle account.
- Specific Users’ Call Transcripts: Index call recordings and transcripts from specific or individual users within your Mindtickle account.
- Specific Call Transcripts: Index specific call recordings and transcripts from your Mindtickle account.
Supported Content
SiftHub indexes the following content from your connected Mindtickle calls:
- Call Transcripts: Complete, AI-generated plain text versions of the audio from your Mindtickle Call AI.
Access Control
SiftHub respects the access control settings you choose for your Mindtickle content, ensuring users only see what they're permitted to.
- Open Access: All SiftHub users in your organization can view and access call transcripts from all connected Mindtickle users.
- Participant Access: Users can only access meeting transcripts for calls they participated in (as a Host or Participant), maintaining privacy and limiting access to relevant conversations.
Using Mindtickle Call AI Content in SiftHub
Your connected Mindtickle Call AI content appears in:
- Search results with relevant snippets and metadata.
- As verifiable sources for AI-generated Answers and document Autofill.
- Within AI Teammate for comprehensive call analysis, dynamic battlecard creation, and crafting targeted narratives for objection handling, discovery call prep, and more.
Note: Clicking any result opens the original call recording and transcript within Mindtickle.
Content Updates
New or modified content from Mindtickle appears in SiftHub within an hour. Updates include:
- New call recording transcripts
- Deletions
Deleted or archived content is automatically removed from SiftHub results.
Mindtickle Call AI Connector Setup
To enable this Connector, you will need to obtain specific API Credentials from your Mindtickle Support POC and share them with your SiftHub Customer Success Manager. You will also specify which teams or users to connect.
Step 1. Obtain Your API Credentials
Follow these steps in order to obtain your API Credentials:
- Contact Mindtickle Support to request API credentials for the Call AI Public API.
- You will need to ask for the following items:
- Client ID
- User ID
- Tenant ID
- Client Secret
- Base URL
- API Gateway URL
- Securely share these credentials with your SiftHub Customer Success Manager to initiate the connection.

Step 2. Activate Mindtickle Call AI Connector
After obtaining your API credentials, you will work with your SiftHub Customer Success Manager to activate the connector and configure which Mindtickle Call AI content is connected.
What you can connect:
SiftHub provides the capability to connect Mindtickle call transcripts at various levels. Choose one of the following options and provide the required information to your SiftHub Customer Success Manager:
- Option 1: Connect All Calls SiftHub will connect and index all transcripts available via the provided credentials.
- Option 2: Connect only specific users’ calls Provide the email IDs of the users whose Calls you wish to connect. SiftHub will connect all the meetings that the provided users were a host or participant of.

Option 3: Connect only specific calls Provide the meeting IDs or share the specific meeting URLs, for example:

User Access Options:
Choose one of the following access control options that you wish to configure, and share the details with your SiftHub CSM.
- Open Access: All SiftHub users in your organization can view and access Call AI recordings and transcripts from all connected Mindtickle users.
- Participant Access: Users can only access meeting transcripts for calls they participated in (as a Host or Participant), maintaining privacy and limiting access to relevant conversations.
Time to activation:
Once you provide the API credentials and the list of teams/users to your SiftHub Customer Success Manager, your Mindtickle Call AI connector will be activated within approximately 24 hours.
