The Mindtickle CMS is your central repository for critical sales and enablement content—from playbooks and one-pagers to case studies and competitive intelligence. The SiftHub Mindtickle CMS Connector seamlessly integrates this library, transforming static content into a dynamic, searchable knowledge source.
By surfacing approved collateral through SiftHub, your team can fuel their AI Teammate with expert information and receive AI-generated answers sourced directly from your most trusted assets.
What Gets Connected
SiftHub provides granular control over which content is indexed. You can choose to connect:
- All Hubs: Index all assets from every Hub within your Mindtickle CMS.
- Specific Hubs: Selectively index assets from only pre-determined Hubs.
Supported Content
SiftHub indexes the following content from your connected Mindtickle CMS Hubs:
- Presentations: Microsoft PowerPoint documents (.pptx, .ppt).
- Documents: Microsoft Word documents (.docx, .doc), PDF files (.pdf), and Text files (.txt).
- Spreadsheets: Microsoft Excel spreadsheets (.xlsx, .xls).
Note: Only files under 1 GB in size will be indexed.
Access Control
SiftHub currently supports Open Access for all integrated Mindtickle content. This means assets from connected Hubs are available to all SiftHub users in your organization, bypassing specific participant-only restrictions.
Using Mindtickle CMS Content in SiftHub
Once connected, your Mindtickle CMS content appears in your SiftHub workspace:
- In search results with relevant snippets and metadata.
- As verifiable sources for AI-generated Answers and document Autofill.
- Within AI Teammate for dynamic battlecard creation and crafting targeted narratives for solutions, demos, objection handling, discovery calls, and more.
Note: Clicking any result opens the original asset within your Mindtickle platform for a seamless user experience.
Content Updates
New or modified content from Mindtickle appears in SiftHub within an hour. Updates include:
- New assets published to a connected Hub.
- Content changes within existing assets.
- Deletions or archived assets, which are automatically removed from SiftHub results.
Mindtickle CMS Connector Setup
To enable this Connector, you will need to obtain specific API credentials from your Mindtickle administrator. These credentials, along with details of the Hubs you wish to connect, will then be provided to your SiftHub Customer Success Manager for activation.
Step 1. Obtain Your API Credentials
The Mindtickle Administrator will need to retrieve the necessary credentials by following these steps:
- Log in to the Mindtickle Admin site.
- Navigate to Account Settings > Security and Integrations.
- Locate the API section and securely copy the API Key and Secret Key.
- Retrieve your Learning Site URL (LS_URL).
- Example: yourCompany.mindtickle.com
Securely share the following with your SiftHub CSM:
- API Key
- Secret Key
- Learning Site URL (LS_URL)
Step 2. Activate the Mindtickle CMS Connector
After obtaining your API credentials, you will work with your SiftHub CSM to activate the connector and configure which content is indexed. You will need to provide the following information:
Hub Selection
Choose one of the following options:

Option 1: Connect All Hubs
- SiftHub will connect to and index assets from all available Hubs in your Mindtickle CMS.

Option 2: Connect Multiple Hubs
- Provide the Hub URLs for each specific Hub you wish to connect.

- Provide the Hub URLs for each specific Hub you wish to connect.
Asset Sharing
Type Selection Choose which type of assets you want to index:
- External: Index only assets where the Usage tag is set to ‘External’.
- All: Index all assets regardless of their sharing type.
Time to activation:
Once you provide the API credentials and your configuration choices to your SiftHub Customer Success Manager, your Mindtickle CMS connector will be activated within approximately 24 hours.
