SiftHub connects directly to your Quickbase DemoHub application, transforming your curated demo repository into a highly searchable, dynamic knowledge source.
SiftHub’s Quickbase Connector securely integrates metadata from your specific DemoHub tables, allowing Solutions Engineers to search, discover, and get AI-generated recommendations for demo assets directly within their workflow. This empowers your team to quickly find the most relevant collateral—from interactive demo apps to recorded video walkthroughs and solution briefs.
What Gets Connected
To comply with strict security and governance standards, SiftHub ensures you maintain complete control over what Quickbase data gets indexed. For the DemoHub integration, SiftHub restricts indexing to the following specific tables:
- Demo Asset Library
- Assets
- Tags
Note: SiftHub only reads and indexes the metadata within these specific tables (e.g., Asset Descriptions, AI Summaries, Use Cases, and Deep Links). It does not scan other internal reporting tables or unauthorized Quickbase applications.
Supported Content
SiftHub indexes the row-wise data from your connected DemoHub tables. We support a wide range of Quickbase field types to ensure comprehensive searchability:
- Text & Selection: Text, Multi-line Text, Multiple-choice Text, List-text, Multi-select, Email Address, Multitext, Checkbox, and Text-multiple-choice.
- Numbers & Currency: Numeric, Numeric-percent, and Currency.
- Time & Dates: Date, Datetime, Duration, and Timestamp.
Content Updates
New or modified demo assets from Quickbase DemoHub appear in SiftHub via scheduled syncs. Updates include:
- New records added to the connected DemoHub tables.
- Deletions or archiving of demo assets in Quickbase, which are automatically removed from SiftHub results to ensure SEs only use up-to-date collateral.
How to Use the DemoHub Connector
Once your DemoHub is connected, you can use SiftHub’s AI Teammate to find the exact assets you need using natural language. SiftHub understands context, so you can search by intent, specific metadata, or the prospect's profile.
Here are the most effective query formats to use:
1. Discovery by Industry & Use Case Find assets tailored to a prospect's specific vertical or pain point, even if you don't know the exact name of the demo.
"Find me all demo assets related to the [Industry] industry."
"What are our best demo apps for [Use Case / Pain Point]?"
"I'm meeting with a [Persona/Role]; what demo assets would resonate with their needs?"
2. Feature & Technical Searches Locate demos that showcase specific capabilities, platform extensions, or integrations.
"Find a demo that showcases a native [Integration Name] integration."
"Which demo assets include [Specific Platform Feature]?"
"Do we have any demo apps specifically designed for [Technical Requirement]?"
3. Content Type & Format Searches Filter your results when you need a specific type of collateral (e.g., a video vs. a live app).
"Retrieve all [Content Type, e.g., recorded video walkthroughs] for [Product/Topic]."
"Provide the link to the [Asset Format, e.g., Live Demo App] for [Topic]."
"List only the 'Golden Version' demo apps for [Topic]."
4. Complex & Multi-Variable Queries Combine multiple criteria to drill down to highly specific assets for complex deal cycles.
"I need a [Industry] demo that features [Capability] and is suitable for a [Persona]."
"Show me [Vertical] demos that have a pre-built [Integration] integration."
