Welcome to your guide to setting up your Confluence Data Center for the SiftHub Platform. To enable this Connector, you need to create an Application Link in the Confluence Data Center Admin portal. This document lists the detailed steps for the same.
Time to complete: 2 mins
Note: Confluence Administrator access will be required to set up the Confluence Connector for SiftHub. If you’re not the administrator, please contact your Confluence administrator to follow the next steps.
Be aware that Confluence Data Center APIs do not support fetching user email addresses. To ensure users can access pages and attachments they are authorized to view, the user's full name in Confluence must exactly match their full name in SiftHub.

Step 1: Create Confluence Application Link
Step 2: Activate Confluence Data Center connector on SiftHub portal
